Some stuff I'll probably work with this autumn:
I've just re-riveted some of my armour straps, to prevent the original(very small) washers to get pulled through the leather when strained. New washers about twice the size. Some more work will be required though, as some straps are getting worn.
Fleckres is now added more or less permanently to my armour padding, and hopefully some kind of tutorial will make it's way here.
I've got a project featuring thin skin and 3D-embrodierment which looks very promising. First trials done, now going for the overworked "I've got no girlfriend"-look.
If i can get the leather for it I will make a water-resistant tunic.
And eventually read up on shoe-making, to somtime in the future make my own boots.
Who says autumn is boring?

Winter projects
I am just finished with two "Just because i can"-projects. Sometimes it feels good just to let all other stuff lie, and just make something else.
Coming up i a large larp project, which will no doubt test both crafting skills as well as leadership and logistic skills.
It will be a new group, but it will reuse a bit of the background from an old group. The aim is to become around thirty soldiers, both men and women, well drilled and trained to the task. It's gonna be very fun. =)
That will probably include making a new uniform coat, a new scabbard (or a new sword), some adjustments on armour and padding, and possibly a new shield or ten.

Spring projects
First of all I've separated from my girlfriend.
So, now being single I've got even more time to kill with crafting and preparing for larps.
It probably can't be good for me, but it is fun to craft nonetheless.
This summer I will attend a larp called Krigshjärta, "Warheart", where my fraction is a steampunk 16th century landsknecht army.
I will play a front surgeon, and lead a small team of medics just behind the combat line.
For this I am working on a complete makeover of my landsknecht suit from last year. The parachute harness will be strengthend and parts exhchanged for better material. I will make a new shirt, and new hoses wit
Woolworking
Just finished two larger sewing projects, and I feel quite satisfied with the results.
I'm pretty tired ow handsewing at the moment(not to mention how tired my fingers are), so I guess it's armourwork or leatherwork coming up next.
The poject with fleckres didn't work as planned, and I got tired of it all and put it in the pile of "work to be completed when i feel for it" (also known as "pile of dead projects").
However, last week i blew some life into it, and it's looking myck better now. Perhaps some pics will lurk here someday. =)
I still play keyed fiddle, and even attended to a medieval music fair called "Carpe Cantum"("catch the mus
Armour projects
As previously said, I live quite a long way from my home, and only travel home in weekends. Now and then this sucks. I.e. when you have attended a really good ball, and the day after still think this town is the worst place to be ever.
Ah well.
The good stuff is that I now have time to cook good food, play keyed fiddle about an hour every evening, and craft in between. Current project is to adapt my padding with my now delivered armour, make a new soldier bag the size of a litterbasket, and to sew fleckres(?)(Chainmail pieces) onto my gambeson. I will probably make a tutorial for it, as I haven't seen it at all on the swedish larps i've att
